About Us
Founded by Jordan S. Claffey, JSC Real Estate is a full-service investment, development & real estate advisory business. JSCRE’s project portfolio includes residential and mixed-use properties in some of Philadelphia’s mostly highly sought-after neighborhoods. The current portfolio includes 19 properties in Fishtown and Queen Village, including 247K sq ft of buildable space, 194 apartments, and 25 commercial spaces.
With nearly 20 years of experience in retail real estate and asset/portfolio management, Jordan has helped leading developers and owners — including RFR Realty, Thor Equities, Brixmor Property Group, and Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation — ensure successful execution of their business plans.
Jordan received a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Temple University Fox School of Business. He is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board for the Borrelli Institute for Real Estate Studies at Penn State Smeal College of Business.
